Role: Automatyk dyżurny — on-duty automation support during commissioning. Current work includes cable resistance measurements.

IBEMAS Group · SRF / Brückner line relocation

July–September 2026

B2B engineering assignment through IBEMAS Group for SRF, supporting phase 1 of a Brückner film production line relocation from Indonesia to India. Jakarta, 4 July–30 September 2026.

Planned electrical disconnection work and coordinated teams of electricians during line shutdown and disconnection.
Reviewed technical documentation and compiled, checked, scanned and structured cable disconnection records.
Developed FactoryMap to record and visually map equipment and connections being disconnected.
Organised information for the subsequent reassembly and startup phase in India.

This assignment covered the completed disconnection and documentation phase in Jakarta.

MJ Group · Umicore Battery Materials Poland

November 2025–June 2026

Client site: Umicore Battery Materials Poland, Nysa. B2B project delivered through MJ Group.

Configured field sensors and instrumentation, prepared equipment for production-line startup and participated in commissioning.
Prepared acceptance protocols and compiled as-built documentation, equipment certificates and records in accordance with equipment Data Sheets.
Read electrical drawings and P&IDs, investigated installation and connection issues, and coordinated corrective work with the project team.
Coordinated commissioning activities involving field instrumentation, control valves and pneumatic equipment.
Developed a script to generate protocols from the I/O List and introduced structured issue tracking to streamline documentation and defect resolution.

Tools included HART, DeviceCare, SOPAS ET and PRONETA. Assignment ended on 14 June 2026.

SBB · Grupa Azoty, Puławy

June 2024–February 2025

Project site: Grupa Azoty, Puławy, Poland. Assignment through SBB, June 2024–February 2025.

Provided on-duty automation support during the commissioning and startup of a coal-fired boiler and steam-generation installation.

Diagnosed and resolved faults affecting boiler and steam-generation equipment.
Configured and tested field instrumentation using HART communication.
Inspected and serviced automation equipment to support stable operation during startup.
Reviewed technical documentation to investigate faults and coordinate corrective work with site teams.
